At Lotus Wellness we offer a variety of active & meditative weekly classes to suit all needs.
Our offerings take place inside our air-conditioned studio
or in our warm, saltwater therapy pool in the garden.
We are inclusive & open to all levels of experience.

ACTIVE CLASSES:
YOGA, QI GONG & TAI CHI

Kundalini Yoga

Gong Relaxation
The powerful resonance of the gongs will wash over you, clearing your mind and body, quickly inducing Theta brainwaves of profound surrender. This session facilitates deep rest, improves vascular & central nervous systems & encourages emotional release.
Kundalini Breath Meditation & Soundbath
Experience deep relaxation through simple, guided breath meditations accompanied by soothing sound vibrations. This session fosters a meditative state, emotional clarity, improved vitality & deep sleep.
Conscious Connected Breathwork & Soundbath
CCB uses deep, rhythmic, circular mouth breathing to shift the nervous system, release stored tension, encourage healing & altered states of awareness. Soundbath facilitates deep relaxation. This class offers emotional healing & self-exploration.


WATER WELLNESS THERAPY POOL

Floating pillow, leg floats, drinking water & warm shower.

Non-swimmers – Water Lovers, all are welcome!

Our professionally trained therapists will gently guide you to overcome your fears & re-birth a new relationship with water.

Floating Sound Bath
Immerse your body in our warm, saltwater therapy pool, set in our serene garden. Floating zero gravity allows muscles, joints & fascia to truly relax as you enjoy the healing sounds of Tibetan & crystal bowls, flutes, chimes, shruti, voice & gongs. Lotus Wellness’ signature offering, promoting deep relaxation & stress relief.
