4-Day Ceremony of Life Retreat 25,26,28,29 July 2026 Embark on a transformative 4-day journey of healing, self-discovery, and inner expansion. Each day explores a unique theme, while together they create a complete and immersive experience. Can't join all 4 days? You're warmly welcome to attend any individual workshop or ceremony as a standalone experience, subject to pre-registration and availability. 🌑 Day 1 — Saturday, 25 July 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM Entering the Sacred Space Shamanic Ceremony of Life Cacao Ceremony • Shamanic Drumming • Voice Activation • Tribal Connection • Spirit Animal Totem Invocation • Prayer for Peace • Renewal 🌒 Day 2 — Sunday, 26 July 7:00 PM – 10:30 PM A Deep Dive into the Subconscious Leela — The Sacred Game of Self-Remembrance Explore Vedic Cosmology, Tibetan Traditions, Inner Child & Shadow Work, and Ancestral Healing. 🌒 Monday (Rest Day) Optional private sessions are available by appointment. 🌓 Day 3 — Tuesday, 28 July 3:30 PM – 6:00 PM Expanding the Capacity of the Body Somatic De-Armouring & Nervous System Recalibration 🌕 Day 4 — Wednesday, 29 July 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM Neuro-Mapping A neuroscience-inspired art therapy and integration ceremony focused on belief repatterning, neural rewiring, and mindset transformation.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: • All payments are non-refundable • Your booking is confirmed for the selected session, class, workshop, training, event, date, and time upon payment • Refunds will only be issued if Lotus Wellness cancels the scheduled booking • Participant cancellations, late reschedule requests, inability to attend, late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits or rescheduling Weekly Classes: • A minimum of 2 participants is required to confirm a class • If the minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time (notification will be sent via email), or a solo participant may continue at the double rate • Reschedule requests: * Must be made at least 3 hours before class * Morning classes (9 AM–12 PM) must be rescheduled by 5 PM the day before * Late reschedule requests/no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling Arrival Policy: • Please arrive on time • No entry after 15 minutes late • Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling • The gate opens 20 minutes before the scheduled class time Private Sessions: • All payments are non-refundable • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session • Late reschedule requests and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling • Please arrive on time • Late arrivals will result in a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time • One reschedule is permitted per booking • The rescheduled session must be within 1 month of the original booking date Events / Workshops / Trainings: • All payments are non-refundable • Your booking is confirmed for the selected event, workshop, training, date and time upon payment • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, or rescheduled • Inability to attend/no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling • A minimum 3-6 participants is required to confirm • If sufficient registrations are not received, the studio reserves the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method • Clients may choose to proceed as a private experience by covering the minimum participant requirement • Overseas clients will be notified once the minimum participant requirement has been reached to assist with travel planning • The studio is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or related expenses incurred due to cancellations
