Service Description
Compassionate Inquiry® is a psychotherapeutic approach developed by Dr. Gabor Maté that reveals what lies beneath the appearance we present to the world. Compassionate Inquiry unveils the level of consciousness, mental climate, hidden assumptions, implicit memories, and body states that form the real message that words both express and conceal. Through Compassionate Inquiry, the client can recognize the unconscious dynamics that run their lives and how to liberate themselves from them. This is about stories that people tell themselves unconsciously that inhibit people from living a full, happy life. To get people to see these stories; what those beliefs are, and where they came from; and guide them to the possibility of letting go of those stories or letting go of the hold those stories have on them.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: • All payments are non-refundable • Your booking is confirmed for the selected session, class, workshop, training, event, date, and time upon payment • Refunds will only be issued if Lotus Wellness cancels the scheduled booking • Participant cancellations, late reschedule requests, inability to attend, late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits or rescheduling Weekly Classes: • A minimum of 2 participants is required to confirm a class • If the minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time (notification will be sent via email), or a solo participant may continue at the double rate • Reschedule requests: * Must be made at least 3 hours before class * Morning classes (9 AM–12 PM) must be rescheduled by 5 PM the day before * Late reschedule requests/no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling Arrival Policy: • Please arrive on time • No entry after 15 minutes late • Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling • The gate opens 20 minutes before the scheduled class time Private Sessions: • All payments are non-refundable • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session • Late reschedule requests and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling • Please arrive on time • Late arrivals will result in a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time • One reschedule is permitted per booking • The rescheduled session must be within 1 month of the original booking date Events / Workshops / Trainings: • All payments are non-refundable • Your booking is confirmed for the selected event, workshop, training, date and time upon payment • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, or rescheduled • Inability to attend/no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling • A minimum 3-6 participants is required to confirm • If sufficient registrations are not received, the studio reserves the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method • Clients may choose to proceed as a private experience by covering the minimum participant requirement • Overseas clients will be notified once the minimum participant requirement has been reached to assist with travel planning • The studio is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or related expenses incurred due to cancellations
