Gongs Level 2 With solid foundations of Level 1 training in place, we will spend two full days journeying deeply into Gongs as a stand-alone & combined therapy. Our focus will be on the treatment of others, rooted both in ancient yogic wisdom & modern scientific findings. Min age 15 years Gongs Level 1 is a pre-requisite Includes: manual, refreshments, theory, guided hands-on practice + certificate of completion - subject to full attendance & trainer’s approval. Program: Recap of Gong Basics Gong Anatomy: striking areas, energies, elements, the effect on human mind, body & spirit Advanced skills & set-ups specifically for Gong Therapy/Sound Massage including:1. Techniques, intention & awareness2. Therapeutic projection – benefits of Gongs on health3. Gong combinations - Solar, Planetary Frequencies & Chakras4. Gong Cocoons - Top & Tail + Side set-ups5. Hand-held gonging The integration of Gongs into any healing modalities you currently practice and offer. Examples of exploration will include:1. Gongs for Yoga (Active Yang & Passive Yin Asanas/postures)2. Gongs for Meditation3. Gong for Voice (Yoga Nidra & Mantras)4. Gongs with other Sound Healing instruments Solo & Partner Gonging sessions1. Playing a single Gong vs. multiple Gongs2. Playing Gongs as an individual vs. working as a duo/team3. Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy: • All payments are non-refundable • Your booking is confirmed for the selected session, class, workshop, training, event, date, and time upon payment • Refunds will only be issued if Lotus Wellness cancels the scheduled booking • Participant cancellations, late reschedule requests, inability to attend, late arrivals or no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits or rescheduling Weekly Classes: • A minimum of 2 participants is required to confirm a class • If the minimum is not met, the class may be cancelled up to 3 hours before the scheduled start time (notification will be sent via email), or a solo participant may continue at the double rate • Reschedule requests: * Must be made at least 3 hours before class * Morning classes (9 AM–12 PM) must be rescheduled by 5 PM the day before * Late reschedule requests/no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling Arrival Policy: • Please arrive on time • No entry after 15 minutes late • Late arrivals are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling • The gate opens 20 minutes before the scheduled class time Private Sessions: • All payments are non-refundable • Reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session • Late reschedule requests and no-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling • Please arrive on time • Late arrivals will result in a shortened session ending at the originally scheduled time • One reschedule is permitted per booking • The rescheduled session must be within 1 month of the original booking date Events / Workshops / Trainings: • All payments are non-refundable • Your booking is confirmed for the selected event, workshop, training, date and time upon payment • Once confirmed, bookings cannot be cancelled, changed, transferred, or rescheduled • Inability to attend/no-shows are not eligible for refunds, credits, or rescheduling • A minimum 3-6 participants is required to confirm • If sufficient registrations are not received, the studio reserves the right to cancel up to 48 hours before the scheduled start time, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method • Clients may choose to proceed as a private experience by covering the minimum participant requirement • Overseas clients will be notified once the minimum participant requirement has been reached to assist with travel planning • The studio is not responsible for any travel, accommodation or related expenses incurred due to cancellations
