​Weekly Group Classes:
We DO NOT accept drop-in/walk-in clients, this is a private home studio.

• Payment must be made before class starts to confirm your attendance.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• We keep classes running with minimum 2 participants or class will be cancelled.
  SOLO PARTICIPANT: if you are the only booking and you want to keep the class going, you have an option to pay double, if other people show up, we will adjust your credit back to single.

• Minimum 2 hours prior notice is required to cancel or reschedule; otherwise, credit will be deducted and no refund applied.

• Please check your email 2 hours before your class for updates.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to credit deduction and no refund.

• A maximum of 15 minutes delay is permissible; beyond that, entry may be declined with no refund.

Late Arrival:

• Entry may be denied without refund for arrivals later than 15 minutes.

• Kindly call us on (+66) 082-283-3442 and let us know you are running behind so we may manage accordingly. Please enter silently through car port side door & avoid using the disruptive front door.
   

​5 & 10 Class Packages:​​

• Shareable with friends.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

• 5-Class package valid: 3 months from date of purchase.

• 10-Class package valid: 6 months from date of purchase + may freeze for 1 month one time only.

• Packages are non-refundable, but may be reactivated with a single class top-up for validity extension
  1 month from date of top-up. Expired package must be reactivated within 3 months of the original package expiry and can only be done once.

 

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

Private Sessions:

• Advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

• Payment is non-refundable.

• Minimum 4 hours prior notice is required to cancel or reschedule.

• Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

• For morning appointments (8 AM – 12 PM), cancellations/rescheduling must be made by 6 PM the day before.

• Late Arrival will result in shorter session, the session will end according to the original booking time.
   

Events:​

• Minimum 7 days prior notice is required to cancel or payment is non-refundable, but may be credited to another person or future event.

• No-shows are non-refundable.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

Workshops & Trainings:​

• 2,000 THB Minimum deposit is required to confirm reservation.

• Full payment must be made 2 weeks before the workshop/training.

• Minimum 14 days prior notice is required to cancel or payment (deposit/full payment)
  is non-refundable.

• No-shows are non-refundable. 

• Booking Priority will be given to those who pay in full.

• All bookings are non-refundable.

 

Workshops & Events require a minimum of 4-6 confirmed attendees.
​Trainings require a minimum of 2-4 confirmed  attendees. 

Solo Participant : Please contact our staff for private training rates.
Without sufficient bookings, studio reserves the right to cancel the workshop/training no less than 48 hours in advance with notification the client. In this case, a refunds / credit will be made in full.

Online Payments:
Subject to 6% Transaction Fee & Tax.
Transaction Fee & Tax are non-refundable in case of refund.
