This is a group gong bath in warm water - you will be given floating pillows & leg floaters to lie back and feel weightless/timeless as the magical sounds relax and transport you into theta healing brainwaves & parasympathetic nervous system balance.
 
Feel the weightlessness of floating while being bathed in the ancient healing sounds of gongs and Tibetan bowls. The deeply penetrating sound waves cut through subconscious chatter and regenerate the parasympathetic nervous system. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, entry may not be permitted and no refund will be provide

The studio reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a class up to 3 hours prior to the scheduled start time due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or operational reasons. In such cases, participants may choose to receive a full refund or retain the amount as credit for future bookings
