Gong Training Level 1: Introduction to Gongs (Core-CAT)
This foundational training provides the basic knowledge and skills needed to play both standing and hand-held gongs. In this hands-on experiential workshop, you will develop your ability to listen deeply, connect with the gong, and tap into the universal sound current.
Gongs will be provided from our extensive collection, or you may bring your own. If you wish to purchase a gong before the workshop, please speak with us, we offer guidance and have a curated selection available.
