Reiki Level 1 focuses on self-healing.

After this 2-day course, you will:

Understand energy healing concepts, the history of Reiki & the hand positions used.
Possess practical methods to sense & channel energy to heal yourself & others.
Identify the body’s main energy centres/chakras & associated emotions.
Feel confident to prepare yourself & your healing space for treatments
Apply techniques to check: true integrity; cut energetic cords; ground yourself & others.
